I'm not really up on Turkish names. I do know a few Arabic/Islamic ones, not sure if you'd like those too.
Girl: Nour Nouria Noura Naoual Nora Nouma Nehal Nida
Boy: Nadir Nouh Najib Nassim
I have no idea about the meanings, but that should be easy to find out. -
