3 days of LH peak and bleeding

Hi,

I started using ovulation tests 2 cycles ago after a miscarriage. Lately I’ve had quite a few random little bleeds I can’t really explain, but the midwife said that’s normal during cycle recovery, like more blood flow etc.

So I was happy to find an LH peak for the 2nd time after the miscarriage using the tests, but this one was positive for the first time on 30/04 and now (on the 3rd day), 01/05 it’s still positive for the 3rd day in a row. Is that possible? Today I also had some bright red bleeding and slippery mucus, could that be an ovulation bleed? I’ve never had that before, but I’ve also had sharp stabs over the past 2 days (which I think signal ovulation), whereas before I never felt that so clearly.

Are there any women who’ve had an LH peak for multiple days, had bleeding at the time of that LH peak and/or more stabs during ovulation (after a miscarriage)? It’d be nice to hear similar experiences, especially if you already know what it means?
