Did you have pain symptoms when you thought you were pregnant or when you actually were?

My boyfriend and I really want to have a baby together.
So we're having sex on all the days I'm fertile to increase the chances.
I now suspect I'm pregnant because my body is usually in turmoil then.
I've been feeling a bit off for over a week now, my nipples are sensitive, I have back pain and period-like symptoms.
On top of that, on Friday April 22 I lost a bit of brown blood and those symptoms started then too.
Today I lost brown blood with mucus again, drop by drop, and later some pinkish blood also drop by drop. I don't want to disappoint my boyfriend, so I want to know if you've also experienced these pain symptoms during the first few weeks of your pregnancies. I'm going to take a test next week, then I'll know for sure.
A very nice but also exciting time, maybe relatable for you.
If I'm pregnant, I'll come show the positive test with great pride.
Thanks in advance for your help and support,

Saartje

Have you taken a pregnancy test yet?

It could have been implantation. When was your period due? Have you taken a test yet? In my first pregnancy, I had brownish bleeding up to 10 weeks, so it doesn't necessarily mean you can't be pregnant. Will you let me know?
