Finally chosen a name! Now just the spelling...

We’ve got a name! Now we’re just debating how to spell it. Our daughter will get one of these names:

Eva-Nora or Eva-Norah

I’ve always automatically gone with the first one, until my husband suggested the second because he thought it sounded a bit more chic. Now I’m starting to like that one more and more too. The fact that she’ll always have to say “with an H at the end” wouldn’t put me off. I grew up with a name that usually has to be spelled out, and I’m just used to that.

What do you all think??

Without the h, I’d personally do it.

Eva-Norah! Both are nice, but Eva-Nora feels a bit unfinished to me.

If it becomes a full nickname, then Eva Nora. If only Eva or only Nora becomes the nickname, then Eva Norah.

    Eva Nora

I'd go for that one because my husband would choose it, if the pronunciation stays the same anyway Our little boy is called Maks instead of Max.. still looking for a name for the second sprout!

Thanks for your replies! We've made up our minds: it's H. Funny that you said that, Melise; it was the deciding factor for me. My husband still thinks it's the most beautiful, and since I chose the name, I'm really happy he went with this one.

How lovely! Enjoy it.. you've chosen the name together and you won't regret it..

    First option is the prettiest.
