I have a question..

Hi,
I had unsafe sex 2 days ago. It was my first time and the penis wasn't fully inside, just the head. It also hurt.
My question now is: the morning after sex I had clear white discharge, and on day 2 I still have white discharge. Could this indicate pregnancy?

After 2 days, you still don’t know if you’re pregnant.

It could be that you have more discharge because you’ve had intercourse, and that’s pretty normal.
But you could also be ovulating, which also causes more discharge.
If you know how long your cycle is, you can take a pregnancy test around the time you should get your period.

You don't necessarily have to be pregnant; it could indeed be more discharge. But the first time and then right away unprotected?
May I ask how old you are?
Because you know what the possible consequences can be. Up to 72 hours after intercourse, you can take an emergency contraceptive pill, which minimizes the risk of getting pregnant.
It will definitely work out fine.

    Hi,
So more white discharge can just be normal? I should normally get my period next week. I'm 20 years old, I live alone and am financially stable. I've always been with a girl, so I've never had sex. A baby would always be welcome if it were to happen, of course, but it can also wait. Greetings

Even if you had sex around your ovulation, implantation takes 4 to 7 days. So even if fertilization occurred, the question is whether proper implantation takes place. If it does, you can take a pregnancy test 14 days after ovulation. Usually, you only get symptoms after implantation, as your body then starts producing more hCG.

So the question is, when was your ovulation, or is it the day you should get your period?

Had unsafe sex 3 days ago, I have a lot of gas (farts), I should get my period any moment now but I haven't yet.. My white discharge has already decreased, I also had a tiny bit of blood in my urine yesterday.. Does all this mean anything?

If you're supposed to get your period at any given moment, you can't be pregnant, at least not right now.
Usually, your period comes about 14 days after ovulation.
You're also still in the implantation phase, which happens around 7 to 10 days after ovulation, so you can't be pregnant then, unless you ovulated later and therefore will get your period later.

Stress can also cause your period to be delayed.
And discomfort from gas can come from food.
Blood when urinating can also happen because you're about to get your period.

I’d also think that blood wouldn’t do any harm if you’re supposed to get your period. Has this ever been common practice?

Oh god, every time within a week I should be getting my period... Always at the end of the month, my last period was around the 5th.

I took a test 4 days after having unprotected sex, and unfortunately, it was negative.

This is still quite early; your body first needs to produce hCG to detect if you're pregnant.
  12. anoniem113 #13

But it was clearly negative, or does this mean nothing? How long should I wait for a new test?
  13. Lucky #14

Normally, you take a pregnancy test 14 days after ovulation, so around the day you'd expect your period.
By then, if everything went well, implantation would have occurred.

But Anoniem113, you mentioned you were due for your period soon, and if it's within a week after having sex, I don't think you're pregnant.
Of course, it's different if your periods are irregular.
  14. anoniem113 #15

I should be getting my period at the end of this month or the beginning of next month. I have irregular cycles, so it could be either time.
  15. anoniem113 #16

I should get my period at the end of this month or around the 5th of next month. I had unprotected sex a week ago. I hope I'm pregnant! I'm already getting impatient to test. I tested after 4 days and it was clearly negative. VERY clear! What does this mean? Am I definitely not pregnant? Or could it still be? My breasts are sore, but that could also be because my period is coming in a week or a week and a half. Any tips?

If you ovulated around the time you had unprotected sex, you can't test earlier than 2 weeks later. So a little more patience... I'd definitely wait until after the 5th. Then you'll also know if you got your period.

A negative test 4 days after sex doesn't mean anything at all!

    Hi, I have a question.

I just took a pregnancy test from Action. It showed two lines, so I used a Clearblue test (the one that tells you how many weeks pregnant you are). The Action test showed two lines, but the Clearblue said I'm not pregnant. I took another Action test and it also showed two lines. Am I pregnant or not?
  18. An1891 #19

Hi Julia, if I were you, I'd stop testing for now and wait 2 days to test again. Then you'll know for sure
I think Clearblue is one of the better tests:

Okay, yeah, because I read a lot about that Clearblue saying it only really shows it when you have those high levels, but there are 2 clear lines within the time it should show.
