Nausea

Hi everyone.
I'm 5 and a half weeks pregnant.
But I'm already feeling so incredibly nauseous. It's hard to get out of bed.
And when I have to go to work, I have to wake up 2 hours earlier because I'm so nauseous.
How do you all manage this?
Love, T

Oh my! That nausea. I'm 13 weeks pregnant now and still have to vomit regularly. What I do is have my partner spread my bread for me and eat it slowly in bed. At least that way your stomach is filled. Nothing else really helps me. I've tried everything. Seabands, suppositories, ginger capsules.
I also try to eat throughout the whole day. Cherry tomatoes, fruit, sultanas, grapes, breakfast cookies. It seems like if I eat something every hour, it gets less intense. And adjust your work pace!

But it's all worth it for that little miracle in my belly.

Yeah, it's really tough. You feel so miserable.
    Totally no energy for anything.
I also just eat whatever helps a bit.
I'm still on sick leave because I had my birthmarks removed. So I can take it easy for now.
But I'm dreading going back to work. They'll soon figure out that I'm pregnant????
Yeah, I did bring food, but my boyfriend has to leave early, so the yogurt doesn't taste as good in the morning when I fall back asleep haha.
But it's just as intense for you too. I didn't think you could use all that for the nausea either.
But you're already 13 weeks, that's good progress.
Yeah, you definitely have a lot for your little one, but this nausea pfff.
    Haha
    It's sweet that you replied.

For me, drinking some water helped when I started feeling nauseous, and then the nausea would go away. I had this with my first two pregnancies, but with my third, I didn’t have nausea—just heartburn... nothing helped with that for me... best wishes, ikke

Yeah, that crampy feeling keeps coming back. I’ve got ginger pills now, hoping they’ll help. If they don’t, I’ll get his bracelet. And I keep drinking water too. I’ve got a bottle with me. Thanks for your message.

Oh my, I feel for you. The nausea was really mild for me. Everyone immediately said I'd have a boy, and that was true hahaha. I did find that I didn't like eating certain things anymore, especially meat and thick sauces and stuff like that.
