Who is the father?

I'm currently 35 weeks pregnant and I'm wondering who the father is.

On July 17, 2016, I had sex with person 1 and started bleeding during sex.

I usually have a fairly normal cycle of 25 to 27 days.

After that, I got back together with my boyfriend.

I got my period again on August 9 or 10, for 4 days.

I took a pregnancy test on September 1 and it was negative. I took another one a week later, on September 9, and it was positive.

I'm almost 100% sure my boyfriend is the father, but I'm doubting so much that I can't enjoy the whole pregnancy.
I've told my story to many people and everyone says it's your boyfriend, but I keep doubting.

Could the bleeding on August 10 have been implantation bleeding?

Oh yes, and the ultrasound matches my last period pretty well, only a 3 to 4 day difference. Please help.

Yeah, you know it best, right?

I think it's just from your friend...

If you cheated in June and had a positive test in September, how many weeks pregnant were you then? ?

If your ultrasound matched up with you being in August for your period, then your boyfriend is just the father. Even though that's 4 days off. If you had gotten pregnant in June, you'd be due to give birth now.

Hi! There's a long time between that period on June 17 and August 9/10.
Were you not on your period around July 11?
How long did your period last in August?
There's about 2 months between them.
What's your estimated due date? Then you'll know who the father is...

I didn't cheat, we were on a break back then.

Okay, so you're saying it's from my boyfriend? It's almost impossible that it's from that other guy?

My due date is between May 13th and May 16th. And sorry, I misspelled it, but I mean July. On July 17th, I started my period during sex.

Sorry ladies, I mean July 17th. I became pregnant after having sex during that time.

It matches the period date of August 9/10 exactly. If you only had sex with your current boyfriend during ovulation in August, I think you can safely rule out that the baby is not his. Otherwise, you would indeed have given birth already.

Okay, thank you so much. I feel much calmer now. Thanks for responding.

Hang in there a bit longer and you can have a DNA test done.

Not necessary. You're just trying to scare me. If you read the details carefully and calculate properly, you'll also see that it can't be from that guy from July!!!!

Why are you posting this topic then, girl? If you know better yourself??? Very vague.

Yeah, a bit of a weird reaction from your girl.. You ask a question, so you get thoughtful answers. If you're sure about it anyway, there's no need to ask, right..
And a DNA test provides clarity, that's not scaremongering, is it? Or is your boyfriend not aware of your little adventure?

My friend doesn't know about it, no. We were broken up back then, so I didn't cheat or anything. I'm just a bit scared, that's why I'm reacting like this, nothing more!!

I read that you hadn't cheated. But maybe you'd have felt more at ease if you had told your partner about it. But I also think it's from your own partner, right? Still, if you have even the slightest doubt, I'd suggest taking a test.

It was well-intentioned... but apparently your toes are too long. I'm not trying to scare you, and I wasn't the one sleeping with multiple men in a short period either. But anyway, everyone has their own thing. Take care!
Hope you'll become more mature in your responses; it'll suit you well

Yeah, that's true, but I'm already 35 weeks so I'm not saying anything. I've been carrying it around for so long; those last few weeks could still add up. I'll just see when the time comes; there's not much else I can do. And if all goes well, I'll notice the difference right away. One boy is Dutch, and the other is half Dutch.

All babies are born fair-skinned, so it takes a little while before you know for sure. Seems tough in that situation, maybe just play it straight.

Nicole, as you yourself say, yes, everyone has their own thing, yes. And maybe I overreacted, but I'm just scared. My apologies for that. I hope you're doing well too. Ciao
