Pregnant or not

I have a question

I have a regular cycle of 23 or 24 days every month.
I also feel my ovulation every month, but this month I don't feel it at all. I do have watery discharge though.
Last Thursday night I vomited a lot and since then I've had stomach pain. Next week should be my ovulation according to my calendar, but the ovulation test shows nothing.
I'm also tired all day and have a lot of headaches at the end of the day.
Pregnancy test says negative, but I also won't get my period until April 2nd.
Could it really be that I'm pregnant after all?
Greetings, Veronique

Your test should be positive then, because if I read this right, you’d actually be pregnant from your previous cycle, since you mention that your ovulation for this cycle hasn’t happened yet. Even if you were pregnant from this cycle, it’s still too early to test. Even with early detection tests, you can only start testing 4 days before your expected period. It’s better to wait until you’re a few days late, as the test will be more reliable.

By the way, are you sure you don’t have something else going on? You could also have a stomach bug if you’re vomiting, have stomach pain, feel tired, and have a headache. It’s always possible that you’re pregnant despite a negative test, but as long as the test is negative, I wouldn’t rule out other causes either.
