Hey everyone,

I'm Whitney and this is my first time on this forum..
I'd like to share my story with you all,

The last 2 times I was trying to conceive, my cycle was 27 days. Before that, my cycle was usually 25 days. This month I assumed my cycle was 27 days.

The day I started trying was on Sunday, June 17. If I'm not mistaken, my expected ovulation day should have been Friday, June 13. Well, I had intercourse on Thursday, June 28 and according to the biological clock, Friday should have been my ovulation day. I had very fertile mucus on Tuesday/Wednesday? I've never felt my mucus stretchy before but this month I did, which is why I went for it, my BBT was also high.

After the act, some sperm leaked out. On Friday, some was still leaking out. I really hope some stayed inside to wait for my egg. Since today, my vagina feels very tight. If I'm not mistaken, I also feel a bit of my BBT. I no longer have stretchy mucus, it's actually very dry..

I'm now really scared it won't work, because I was pregnant once before (November 2011) and unfortunately it was a miscarriage. Then I didn't have any sperm leaking out of my vagina.

By the way, I took my temperature once, otherwise not really. That was Friday morning at half past 8, my temperature was then 36.19 (rectal)

Sorry for my long story, I hope you can help me a bit
Hope it hits the mark this month!

Thanks in advance girls!!

Hi, you only need to swim through one hoop to get pregnant. I really hope it works out for you too. Just keep believing and don't let it get you down!

You can always lose sperm after the act. That's very normal. The best ones are already on their way to your egg long before the man reaches his peak. You don't need to worry about that.
I had a miscarriage in September and got pregnant again later that same year. Meanwhile, I'm on my way to my 38th week.

As for the rest, we can't tell you if it worked or not because even if everything is perfectly timed and everything is in perfect order, it doesn't guarantee that you'll actually become pregnant. But it could well be. Let's wait and see ;o)
    Greetings, Liena

    Hey Witney!!
What exactly are you keeping track of!!
Have you been "trying" for a long time since your miscarriage? That's awful, by the way
for both of you Liena!! I was really scared about that..
I got pregnant right away so I didn't have to keep an eye on all that.
Just make sure you don't put too much pressure on it, also on your partner,
that can actually give the wrong reaction.
One of my sisters used to take a test 5 times a week, measure temperature and such..
It took a year and a half!!
My boyfriend and I agreed: "No pressure at all!!" We were so relaxed
that we played..uh.."board games" extra often very spontaneously so..
and I was pregnant that same month!
    Good luck!!
    Hopefully it's going well now!!

    Thanks ladies!

I've tried a few times already, but every time it's been a disappointment. That time in November it actually worked, and we weren't thinking about it too much either, maybe that's why it succeeded haha! I'm actually trying not to think about it too much, but that's pretty hard..

Liena, enjoy your last few weeks! Congratulations

And Olivia-Anna, I see you're 17 weeks along, congratulations too!

Hope I'll be joining soon too

    Thank you, Whitney!!
Feel free to chat along in the meantime, okay?
(How long did your first pregnancy last?)

    Haha yes, I definitely will!
My first pregnancy lasted 6 weeks, it was almost at 7 weeks, unfortunately that's how it went..

By the way, in my 1st pregnancy I had some weird mucus a few days after "stress", it was so thick that I could pick it up (sorry for the details haha) I had never had it before, which is why I already had the feeling that it was a miscarriage, I haven't had it now..
Are there those who had it in their 1st pregnancy too? And not in their 2nd?

    Greetings!

Wanted to feel my baby today and he felt hard, close.
But I did have a little mucus plug? Yeah, I don't know how to call it, but it was white and kind of stringy and stretchy? sorry for the details, girls!

July 4th/5th should be my due date if all goes well.
