Is this a positive test?

Good morning!

Could someone take a look at this photo? Do you see this as positive? Had a second miscarriage in February and haven't had a period since. Had ovulation on Friday, 1.5 weeks ago, and couldn't resist taking this test around 5 NOD.

I feel bloated, have full soft breasts (not painful yet), and have incredibly restless dreams. Last night I remembered 5 (!) dreams again, woke up a lot and felt burning hot.

    When I looked at the test this morning, I saw this... are those faint lines? Yesterday, a very faint line appeared within the time frame (my first post here)

    I'm not really sure if I should post this here, but I wasn't sure whether to take a test. I'm in the second week of my pill-free week, forgot to take the pill last Thursday, had sex on Friday, and then took the pill that night. What do you guys think? I can't talk to anyone about it.
