Pregnancy tests, ovulation and ovulation tests
Pregnancy test or not?
Amsterdam85Guest ·
Hi!
I'll try to explain as briefly as possible what's on my mind. I hope someone has an answer.
I stopped the pill in August 2015 because we really want a baby.
From the start, I've had regular periods. The first two cycles were 28 days, then 25/26 days. My last period started on January 29th, and it was bright red blood right away. Normally, I have a bit of brown discharge for 2-3 days first.
If I stick to my normal 26-day cycle, I should get my period on the 23rd (with brown discharge from the 21st to the 2nd). It's now the 25th, and there's still nothing—no blood, no stomach ache, no headache or cramps.
You'd think, just take a test then. But between my last period and today, we haven't had sex because my husband has been very sick (flu) for the past few weeks.
Should I take a test anyway, or is that nonsense? Is there even a chance I'm pregnant, or am I asking something completely weird?
