For me, it didn't help. I also had a very dry vagina. In my opinion, pregnancy just comes down to whether or not that one thing works out.

It's indeed a lubricant, and if you don't need it, you don't have to use it either. I personally thought it was great stuff. It worked well, and I was also pregnant that month, but I doubt it had anything to do with Pre-Seed.
