Hi ladies,
I took a test this morning. It was negative. I'm 2 days late and have a crampy feeling in my belly. My lower abdomen also feels a bit tight. Plus, I've been feeling a bit lightheaded for a few days now. I've been trying to get pregnant for half a year and have never been late before. Also, I have a short cycle of 23 days. Has anyone experienced this?
I already have 2 daughters, aged 16 and 17. I'm almost 38.

It's possible that you're pregnant but haven't produced enough hCG yet to get a positive test. Wait a few more days and test again. Your period can sometimes be late due to stress, for example. -
