Temperatures
Hi everyone,
We started our fifth cycle yesterday.
I've also started taking my temperature, and since I'm still pretty new to this, I have a question...
I understood that you need to take your temperature every morning at the same time, before you get out of bed. But for my job, I have to wake up at 5 am three days a week. On the days I don't have to, I'd rather stay in bed a bit longer.
Do I need to set an alarm for 5 am on those days too???
