Am I pregnant?

Hi! I've had an IUD for about 2 years now, but I think I might be pregnant. Since I have the IUD, I'm not sure when my period should come because I haven't had my period in a while.
Recently, I had sex 5 days before Christmas Eve. Lately, I've been getting some cramps in my belly, and I've noticed some whitish color on one nipple and sometimes on both. I also have back pain, and sometimes there's a bulge on each hip. Plus, I have a huge craving for chocolate, even though I was already a bit of a sweet tooth before.
I took a test a while ago, and it was negative. So, am I heavier, or is it just because I'm snacking more, or could I actually be pregnant?
I'm seeing my neuropsychiatrist in mid-February, and I'll have my blood tested then. What do you guys think, could I be pregnant?
