Pregnancy tests, ovulation and ovulation tests

Hey lovely ladies
I'm exactly 8 days overdue today. I normally have a regular cycle; it can sometimes run late by 2 or 3 days but not longer. I had a spontaneous miscarriage last April, and since then I've been really trying (I finally want my own baby). I've already done 3 tests last week: 2 at home and 1 at the doctor's, all negative pffff. I've had stomach pain every day for the past 8 days, like my period is about to start, but when I check, there's nothing on my underwear. This makes me feel so insecure and sad. I have an appointment at the ultrasound center this afternoon. There was no spot for an internal ultrasound, so they're doing an abdominal one. Are there any ladies in the group who have experience with this?

I was also a week overdue and not pregnant! I think I was way too focused on it. When I calmed down, I got my period.
Then the next month I was pregnant! But unfortunately, another miscarriage, and now just trying again.
How long have you guys been at it? -

To be exact, since April 2015, after my miscarriage, I’ve really been focused on it every month since then. Last December, I didn’t really keep up with it; I thought if it happens, it happens. And now this… secretly, I’m hoping it is. My period still hasn’t come… I’m really full of all sorts of ?????? -

Yeah, I get it! But there can be different reasons why it doesn't happen. I hope you're pregnant too, but if all the tests are negative and you've even had a blood test? If that's negative too, I think you might have had a late ovulation???
So frustrating!
