pregnant and a busy life

Pregnant and with a busy job (own business),
I have my own business and find it really hard to take it easy. Luckily, my body gives me a sign when I’m pushing too hard. When I get too stressed, I start feeling nauseous.
How do you all manage the combination of a busy job (own business) and the family at home?

I also have my own business and am very driven too. Rest assured that you'll always find a way and that you just need to take a step back.

You'll find your groove naturally. Unfortunately, I've had two miscarriages myself. Hopefully, you'll be pregnant again soon.

At home, we've switched on "pregnancy mode" I mean, sometimes a bit of dust can settle, toys aren't put away every evening, there's a crumb on the floor now and then... Normally everything is spotless, but my husband and I are letting some things slide now and then. And you should do that too, don't be too hard on yourself!!

I work for a salary, so that's easy, but my husband has his own business, so I do all the housework.

Sofija, I read your story in another topic, so sad for you! Hope you're pregnant again soon with a good outcome. 3 times is the rule! :-)

Even now that I'm pregnant and getting heavier, I want everything to be perfectly clean. That's why we have someone who comes twice a week to clean. It's so nice; she really does everything, doesn't cut any corners. This way, we also have time to do fun things with our little princesses. And I don't turn into a nagging mom

Besides, I'm on leave now. I had to go on leave earlier at 30 weeks because of severe fatigue and back problems. But now that I'm home, I really relax. My husband takes care of the kids every morning—dresses them, makes breakfast, and takes them to school. He also does the grocery shopping and cooks. He was already doing this before because I work and leave early in the morning. But now it's really nice. Now that I'm on leave and getting heavier due to the pregnancy, he does everything. I'm basically just home now and mostly resting. The only thing I do every evening is the dishes. That was also the case before: he cooks, I do the dishes. But again, now that I'm pregnant, it saves me a whole lot. So this way, I make sure I get through the pregnancy. My husband also wants me to take it as easy as possible. He's afraid that otherwise, the baby might come early or that I'll put too much strain on my body.
