    Sem is already very popular, and Mylan/Milan too.

    I voted for Julan. Sounds cheerful, nice name! Alternative to Mylan; Milas.
    And maybe you'll like Rubin too.

    Sem! Milan is nice, Mylan doesn't have a beautiful spelling. Julan is cool!

    Julan is my top pick.

    I really think Sem is a nice name, especially with Maks. But as mentioned, it's quite popular. That doesn't have to be a problem, of course.

    Milan, on the other hand, I find a bit less appealing (and honestly: spelled as Mylan, it really doesn't look nice, too fussy).

    I really like Julan. Fresh, cheerful. And since Maks is also an alternative spelling, I think Julan fits well with it.
