    You can pronounce Liam in different ways. I know two boys named Liam. One calls himself Liejam and the other Liejum (English). Neither pronunciation gives me that "wow" feeling... But I find Liejam a bit nicer than Liejum.

    Sad that it happens so often, indeed.
    Although I have to say that on this forum I come across a lot of trendy or "pretentious" names. I prefer normal names... like Cas or Pim or Bob or Lex...

    Nice, I'd never choose it myself though.
    I think it sounds nice.
    It always makes me think of the soap The Bold and the Beautiful, which also stars a Liam.

    As Liam in Dutch, I find it quite nice. I only like the Irish/English pronunciation if you also have an Irish/English surname.

    I think it's a lovely name. But I wouldn't choose it myself, since it's so trendy right now. Not sure how important that is to you?
