test positive week later suddenly negative

Hi ladies,

I really don't understand any of this anymore. I thought I had just gotten my period, but it was much lighter and shorter than usual. A week later, I suddenly had really bad stomach pain and felt totally awful. My friend asked, "Aren't you pregnant?" and I was like, "No, that's impossible, I just had my period." Still, I took a test and got two lines. I couldn't believe it, so the next day I got a CB test and, sure enough, I was pregnant, 2-3 weeks. I'm super happy! Because we've been trying... I called the midwife, and she said that wasn't a period but implantation bleeding. Okay, clear.

I had an appointment scheduled with "Moeders voor Moeders" (MVM) last Wednesday, a week after the test, and thought I'd better just do another test for safety. It was negative... The next day I did another one, also negative... So I went ahead and had MVM come over, and they did three tests, and one of them showed a second line after all... But now I don't understand anything anymore and I'm getting so unsure. I have an appointment with the midwife in 2.5 weeks... I just don't know what to think anymore...
