Am I pregnant?

Hi everyone,
I'm 4 days late. I have stomach cramps, exactly like when my period is about to start, but there's nothing to be felt at all, not even a drop. My question is, can I be pregnant? I don't dare to test because I'm afraid of being disappointed. I do have a bit of sensitive nipples. I can't think of anything else. Can someone help me or someone who has experienced this too?
I'm so curious. My boyfriend thinks I'm pregnant. I've had a time before where I was 3 days late, but then I still got my period. Who can relate to this?

I’d just take a test, I think it helps if you’re not sure! Just do it, keeping on doubling like this is also nothing. -

I’m also exactly 4 days late with this pregnancy.
I’ve never been this long overdue before.
So I took a test
And I’m pregnant.
