1 week overdue, test negative

Don't overthink it. Just test again in a few days because maybe you tested too early. I've read that for some women it can take up to a week or two to get a positive result because their bodies aren't producing enough hcg yet.

Also, being too stressed about being pregnant or trying to conceive can mess with your body's signals. It's best to just relax for a few days and then test again. I had the same experience a few months ago. My mom told me this back then—that I was worrying too much and my body didn't know what to do.
