Men, take your vitamins for extra fertility!

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone has experience with men's fertility after starting vitamins.

I'm specifically asking about men who were previously less fertile and are now more fertile.

Which vitamin did they take, and did you end up getting pregnant naturally instead of using IVF?

I’ve heard the name Flixar mentioned before.
It contains zinc, selenium, and folic acid, important nutrients for your boy.

I heard that B-Daddy is a dietary supplement containing Coenzyme Q10 and SelenoPrecise. SelenoPrecise is a patented selenium yeast that plays a key role in the production and proper functioning of healthy sperm cells. According to the 2008 EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) report, selenium-enriched yeast like that in SelenoPrecise has the best absorption and is also the safest form.

Claim officially recognized by EFSA (independent scientific advisory body for the European Commission)

The time between the production of a sperm cell and the mature sperm cell that can lead to fertilization is 2 to 3 months. It is recommended to use B-Daddy for at least this period.

    - Natural help to become a dad
    - A simple step towards better fertility
    - GMP quality guarantee for optimal safety and absorption

B-Daddy increases the chances of pregnancy.

Additionally, you can also take selenium-zinc vitamin C complete from Dagravit, folic acid, there are probably more vitamins but... I don't know if your man drinks alcohol and if he smokes and if both, it's namely very important for optimizing the sperm that this preferably stops happening..
Although I think quitting smoking is Miss best difficult....but if your desire for children is big, you as a man also let things go.... I hope that luck will smile on you, freezing also outside the mmm but Miss that you could still qualify for treatment somewhere else or Miss it's not necessary.....and it works out naturally.... Good luck

My little guy is already taking folic acid, zinc, selenium, and vitamin C. I'm curious if it'll help him shed his fruit! At least he doesn't smoke and only has one beer on the weekend.
