Thick, slimy discharge

Hi ladies,
I've been reading along on this forum for a while, but now I have a question of my own.
I'm 22 and stopped the pill in early September. I've had one period since then, 28 days after stopping.
My last period was on October 10, and now I have a lot of clear discharge. It might sound a bit gross, but it's really a thick, slimy clump. Does anyone know what this could mean?

Maybe it's implantation? It could be anything, though. Did you have sex and maybe some sperm residue was left behind? So yeah, just wait another 10 days and you'll know more
