Yeah, just have a little patience and wait until your period starts in November. If it doesn't, take a test. You COULD be pregnant, but you also might NOT be. I know patience is hard for him haha, but that's really the only advice I can give you: patience.

In IVF, it takes about 6 days after fertilization for implantation to occur. If you Google this, you'll find it explained in detail.
