the name Matt?
We like Stan and Mats, but they're too common.
We think Matt is a tough name. (Pronounced as it's written, so in Dutch style)
What do you all think about this? And does it fit with our last name: de Beer?

I think it looks pretty cool, but I guess there’s always going to be confusion about how to pronounce it. I immediately read it as an English name. -

Super cute name, my son is also named Matt! I thought people would understand that it should be pronounced in the Dutch way, but I’ve never experienced it being said in the English way. Go for it, Matt de Beer, tough guy, right?!
