Tense stomach feeling at 16 weeks pregnant

Hi lovely girls from Brabbels,
Just a quick question: I'm now 16 weeks pregnant and having some discomfort in my belly—it feels tight, you know?
Not a real hard belly, but it does feel tense and stays that way.
I was wondering if other girls here at 16 weeks can relate to this.
Unfortunately, I can't remember anymore from my two girls.

Yes, I had this too early on and still have it at 20 weeks. Especially after a busy day with lots of standing and walking.

    Thanks Dieneke for your response
It's nice to hear that more women experience this. I can still remember my pregnancies quite well, but it's strange how you forget certain things again.
Indeed, I also get it when I've walked a lot and after work.

It's just the fatigue talking. Nothing to worry about. I wish you a wonderful pregnancy and lots of enjoyment!

Hi Dieneke, thanks for your clear explanation.
    It's always nice to know.
And thank you so much for your kind words
    I'll do that.
And wishing you a very pleasant pregnancy too

12 weeks and already have a sore, tight belly

Liesseling, who are you talking to?
Are you talking about yourself at 12 weeks?

Hi! Not really tense, but in the evenings I do have stomach pain. Is it all over my belly? For two evenings now, when I lie down for a bit, it goes away.
Now I'm also going to bed quite early. Who else has this and is that normal?
Feels good, but not very painful.

Hi Irma, I don't have pain either.
No pain, but sometimes it feels a bit unpleasant.
But it's part of the process, so
Yeah, I also recognize being tired earlier on and feeling more tired than before, especially lately.
But yeah, it also plays a big role that I work 5 days a week from 8 to 5.

Yes, I work too, and hubby has been waking up early lately hihi oh well

Oh, that's extra tough when you're pregnant with a little one.
Waking up early before and then being pregnant with the next.
    My girls are real oversleepers.
If I don't wake them, they're up by 10 AM.
That's a downside during the week, though,
because then they're almost impossible to get up.
Only when they were 2 years old did they always wake up early.
That was so hard with the second pregnancy; the oldest was always up by 6:30 already, pfff.

Is it possible that he'll wake up at night again, but with dad and mom so we all get our rest?

Yes, that’s true, they go through phases.
And yes, that’s how we are too. If they want to sleep with us, that’s fine—they’re only little once
Then they sleep peacefully, and you get a good night’s rest.

Madeleine about myself, yes, otherwise I would have added a name.

Oh okay, thanks for the explanation, dear
