IVF Profile Project

Hi everyone!
In HAVO 5, every student has to do a profile project. This project must consist of a literary part and a practical part. For our profile project, we chose the subject biology, and as our topic, we chose IVF. Our main question is: how do women experience IVF?
Since we need to conduct practical research to answer this main question, we would like to ask women who have undergone IVF treatment, are currently undergoing IVF treatment, or are considering IVF treatment to answer a few questions we have.
We have created a survey with the questions we have. No question is mandatory to answer, so if there is a question you don't want to fill in, you can simply leave it blank.
