Basically, with the pill, if you forget to take it but take it within 12 hours, nothing bad happens. So the chance seems very small to me. Maybe your cycle and hormone balance got a bit confused because you skipped a pill. But I can't guarantee it 100% of course. You could get your blood tested for hCG just to be sure..
