Pregnancy vitamins

I wouldn't know, I only took vitamin D during my pregnancy and those pills are super small and melt too, so nice and simple I don't think it could do any harm, but I'd just ask the pharmacist, they should know for sure. Or maybe try a different brand of multivitamin that's easier to swallow?

I also swallowed those really big tablets from Pure Mama yesterday.
Specially made for you as a mom and for the baby in your belly.
Well, it wasn't very pleasant because they were so big, but yes, it's important for my baby in my belly.
So I took them with lemonade instead of tea,
and then just washed them down with a big gulp of lemonade and off they went.
I have to say it was much easier than with water.

I personally think it's important to swallow it whole because it's designed that way for a reason.
If you break it into pieces, the potency of the vitamin might actually be lost.
Your body needs to let it dissolve on its own so the vitamin can find its way to where it's needed in your body.
    Greetings, Madelene
