sleeping bag with or without sleeves

Sleep sacks with sleeves are usually extra thick, so they're probably too warm for summer. I used a sleep sack with sleeves during the first winter because my little girl didn't want a blanket on her. If you're also using a blanket, I think a sleeveless sleep sack is fine. By the way, you can get sleeveless sleep sacks in both thin and thick versions, so there's plenty of choice!

You also have zip-off sleeping bags.

And if it was really warm, my little one would sleep in just his onesie.

We also had the detachable sleep sack for my little girls.
I also used hot water bottles to keep her crib warm—it was late January and pretty cold for a baby.
I always thought a sleep sack was ideal.

I don't know if this helps you, but here http://www.zwangerwat.nu/beste-slaapzak-baby/ they explain quite well the differences between short and long sleeves. Also other things that might be important when buying a sleep sack.

    Hope this helps you out!
