Looking for a stroller

Hi,
I'm looking for a stroller, but I have quite a few requirements
I'm looking for a combo stroller that fits a Maxi-Cosi, has a bassinet and a seat. The stroller must have pneumatic tires and swivel wheels (I live in an area without proper roads).
I also want my 1.5-year-old daughter to be able to 'ride' along, so I'd like there to be an extra seat or a step included.
Naturally, it's nice if it's not too heavy and easy to fold (since it needs to go abroad).
Which stroller would be suitable for my situation?

I'd say the Bugaboo. Or the Joolz (but it's heavier). -

I think all strollers meet those requirements nowadays.
We have a Mutsy Igo (urban nomad);
Super lightweight and easy to fold, but it comes with solid tires as standard. However, you can buy air tires for it here.

And you can also buy a stepping board with wheels for the Mutsy so your little girl can ride along!
