Losing the mucus plug

Hi ladies,
I'm currently 4 days past my due date. It's all quite exciting since our little one could show up any moment. Last Friday I had my membranes swept, and since then I've had some mucus discharge. However, today it was so thick and abundant that I literally had to pull it out...
After wiping after using the toilet, I notice that more of this kind of mucus is coming up. Have you experienced this?
P.S.: Besides hard contractions with some menstrual-like pain, there's not much else going on

Hi ladies, moms,
I'm now 30 weeks and 3 days pregnant. I've been lying on the couch all afternoon because the baby is in the way so much that I have pain when sitting, and kicks in my ribs.
But now I just went to the toilet and passed some brown mucus. Should I be worried about this?
