Hi..

I'm now 36 weeks and 5 days pregnant and, for the past two days, I don't know how to sit, lie down, stand, or walk anymore—I'm in so much pain down in my lower back.. It doesn't radiate into my legs, and I can still feel the baby moving well. Does anyone have good tips?? I'd really like to make things a bit easier for myself..

Pregnancy massage? It can also help to have your partner massage your lower back with tennis balls. You can do this yourself by standing against a wall, leaning against the tennis ball, and moving so that the ball massages your back.

    Hey,

I have a lot of this too. I already have a bad back anyway. I'm 36 weeks now and feel the pressure increasing enormously.
What usually helps me is lying on my side and putting a pillow between my knees. This takes some of the pressure off your back. Or take a warm bath or shower, this can also provide some relief for a while.

    Hi,
I also have a lot of back pain, mainly in my lower back, but it sometimes radiates to my buttocks and legs...
Also, I sometimes get really sharp stabbing pains in my side...
Does anyone have an idea what that could be??
And sometimes, even when I just need to poop, weirdly enough, I sometimes double over from the pain between my side and my belly...
