hi everyone,
has anyone else had a lot of trouble getting their unemployment benefits sorted out? I stopped working on February 11th because I had to, and I'm now on maternity leave, but I still haven't received any benefits and I'm starting to worry that the bank will start making things difficult because we still have to make several installment payments for our building plot and construction. It's almost the 10th now and normally the loan should already be paid off, but it's not happening because there's no money in the account. The mutual insurance has let me know that I should receive my compensation sometime this week.

Hi,
Since you're employed, you work under a boss. I've been on sick leave since 24 weeks, and my boss gets paid by UWV, who then pays me. Have you reported yourself as sick due to pregnancy? Has UWV contacted you? If so, I'd look into it. Because if you're sick due to pregnancy, you get paid directly from UWV. Wishing you lots of strength.

I work under contract in a nursing home, and there you have to stop at 28 weeks. But my boss didn't communicate clearly to the occupational health doctor when I had to stop, and because of that, the paperwork wasn't in order on time. Since last week, everything is in order, and I still haven't received any benefits. -
