Hi everyone!
I'm about 38 weeks pregnant now, and last night I couldn't sleep because I suddenly had stomach cramps, sharp pains in my side, and lower back pain. Does anyone know if these could already be signs of labor?

Those contractions should come in combination with hardening of the belly to be true contractions. Otherwise, you might experience round ligament pain! This is the tightening of your abdominal muscles due to the rapid growth of your belly!
