Hi everyone!
I'm 40+4 today and last night I had contractions every 8 minutes, but now I hardly have any left. They lasted an average of 47 seconds. Is it normal that I don't have regular contractions anymore?

It's just Braxton Hicks contractions, but it's a very clear sign that your labor is coming up! What you can do is massage the reflex point on your Achilles tendon (above the bump of your ankle) well, firmly from top (from the knee) to bottom (towards your heel). Let someone else do the massaging. Good luck!
