Leaking breasts

Hi, for the past few days I’ve really been having a lot more leakage from my breasts. I had this already quite early on since 21 weeks and it’s gotten a bit more, but for the past few days I’m, well, completely leaking. I also have the feeling that it’s thicker now.

Could this be a sign that she’s coming soon? It would be a bit too early since I’m just 38 weeks, or does this not mean anything?
