Reflexology for breech position

Hi Diana, I don’t have any experience with reflexology for breech position, but I’m sure it’s worth trying. I’d look for a reflexologist who already has (good) experience with this and knows what they’re doing. I’ve also heard positive stories about certain positions you can hold to help your baby turn... I think babies should have turned by 36 weeks because otherwise they won’t have enough space to turn anymore, so I’d definitely start reflexology around 34 weeks to still have a chance of turning. Good luck and let me know if it worked?

Mine is also breech. I'm 32 weeks now, and I'm going back in two weeks. I hope they'll turn by then. I'd really like to have a natural birth, but a C-section is a scary idea! I'd also like to know how turning works and whether it really hurts. By the way, you're not required to have them turned; a breech birth is possible.
