I have a question. I'm 36 weeks pregnant and my staph test was positive. Does anyone here have experience with this? The gynecologist told me I'll get IV antibiotics during labor. Now I'm hoping it won't harm our baby.

I heard that if you take antibiotics, it's not harmful to your baby.

Nope, this isn't a big deal at all. You'll just get an IV with antibiotics because otherwise, the baby might potentially get an infection as they pass through the birth canal. So they're giving those antibiotics just to be safe.
