3rd trimester
Alarm signal or stress?

Hi mamas,
I'm looking for some more experiences..
I've been under a lot of stress for the past 3 days. I'm 30 weeks pregnant with my third child.
Last night I started feeling really bad. My face began to swell, I had severe pain under my ribs and in my back, and a splitting headache. My shoulders were sore and I was short of breath.
I went to sleep. I got through the night, and this morning I woke up with the pain under my ribs.
Now I've been awake for 2 hours and it seems to be going much better. The pain under my ribs isn't constant, the headache is almost gone, only my face still feels tight and a bit swollen but it doesn't look too bad or anything..
I think if it were a toxemia or something, it wouldn't suddenly get a bit better... and only go downhill. When I read experiences, most women feel pretty good and often don't realize anything except the high blood pressure.
Anyone who can share their experience?
Greetings
