What’s the difference between regular multivitamins and prenatal vitamins?

    Prenatal vitamins contain extra folic acid, among other things.

    I take separate pills: folic acid, spirulina, and omega-3.

    I've been taking the regular Centrum vitamins for over half a year now :-)
