Mucus plug

Hi,
I had a question about the mucus plug.
During my first pregnancy, I was induced and as far as I know, I never lost the mucus plug.
These past few days, though, I’ve had more discharge than usual. It’s more like that stretchy mucus you get around ovulation.
Could those be parts of the mucus plug?
Sorry for the not-so-glamorous question..

    I never visibly lost the mucus plug with any of my three kids. I did have more mucus/discharge in the 2 weeks leading up to the births. I wouldn't read too much into it though; it doesn't always mean much.

    I lost him here, but I already had a lot of mucus a few days/weeks before the birth. For me, the mucus plug came out twice, in big chunks. That doesn't necessarily mean labor is starting though; my waters broke two hours later, and a few hours after that, I was in full swing

    Thanks for your replies. We're just going to wait calmly.
    I'm getting induced on Tuesday, so it would be nice if it comes before then.
    Besides, you never know if the induction will work.
    Patience is the big keyword, haha.
