I've been experiencing ringing in my ears and a heavy feeling in my head for a few weeks now. Occasionally, I get these episodes where it gets really intense for a few seconds, with dizziness. Does anyone recognize this? I've already seen my doctor a few times. Blood pressure, hemoglobin, blood sugar—all normal. So that's not the issue...
