Hi there. I'm 35 weeks pregnant and have been off work for a week now. However, I've had a pressing feeling in the upper part of my belly for a few days, along with occasional sharp pains on both sides lower down. I'm not sure if these are Braxton Hicks contractions or what to make of them. I have an ultrasound next week to check the baby's position. I've also had this restless, unsettled feeling for a few days.

Hi, sounds like something I also get from time to time. Luckily, it always changes, so after a while I feel reassured again. But some new pains can sometimes really cause worry, I totally recognize that!
