Hard stomach?

I'm not sure if it's a hard belly or just the baby positioned in front in the belly?
Sometimes my belly hurts so much all around my navel, but when you touch it, you can feel the little body sitting there.
Today at work it also really hurt.
Is that more like a hard belly or maybe the baby moving around so much.. My mom's belly is also tight..

A hard belly shouldn't cause pain.. especially since you're only 28 weeks along.
A hard belly feels like a hard ball, your whole uterus is contracting, so your whole belly is completely hard. Not just a spot. It should feel a bit uncomfortable but definitely not painful. You should discuss this with your doctor! -

I sometimes get this too, but I think it's really my bottom or back pushing.
When I have a hard belly, my whole belly goes hard from bottom to top. It doesn't hurt, but it's uncomfortable because the hard belly then pushes on my bladder and stuff...
