Hesitation about a boy's name

Hi expectant moms,
We've finally agreed on our baby's name, but we're unsure about the spelling. Our little guy will be called Flynn or Flinn. My partner prefers a Dutch-sounding name, so he wants Flinn with an I. I think it makes more sense to use a Y, since that's the more common spelling.
What do you think looks better? Is one easier to use? What about pronunciation, etc.?
