growth pain?

Hey ladies,
I'm 33 weeks pregnant now and have an appointment with the midwife again next Thursday. This week I got a bit too stressed/angry a few times and noticed it right away in my belly. I also notice that the little one clearly has less space and is already well positioned with her head down. For the last few days I've also suddenly had a pulling sensation in my upper belly, really right in the middle up there. Sometimes I wonder if this could be harmful, and if it might be growth pains? From my belly getting bigger? I know some say call the midwife tomorrow to ask, but I'm not really the type to call unless I'm sure something is wrong. I'm curious if you can help me out first
