Cramp

Now 29 weeks pregnant and getting cramps in my belly and lower back more and more often, sometimes it shoots all the way down into my legs. Especially in the evening. It doesn't really come with hardening contractions or anything. The cramps in my lower back sometimes hurt so much it feels like a severe period is coming.

Any other girls experiencing this; is it normal around this time?? It scares me sometimes, then I think oh no, surely it's not starting already....

    I'd just call the VK. Then you'll know for sure.
