Dizziness

Hi ladies,

I'm starting my 3rd trimester and have been having regular episodes of weird dizziness and feeling like I'm going to faint for the past few weeks. It's mostly when I do a bit of physical exertion, especially in the morning, like walking to work, going up stairs, or carrying extra weight like a laptop bag.

I suspect it might be some kind of hyperventilation, like I'm not regulating my breathing properly during exertion? I get short of breath, lightheaded, and then have to sit down somewhere to get my bearings back.

My gynecologist isn't too worried and says it's probably my blood pressure, but it's always normal when measured. I find it really unsettling and absolutely don't want to faint on the street or anything.

Has anyone else experienced this?
